How do you determine "Stretch"? Well there are three methods to utilize. You can Guestimate it by "Angular Rotation". You can Guestimate it thru Torque Indicators! You can also "Accurately Guage" it with a Micrometer. All of these methods work and when combined your "Stretch" can be Dead Nuts On!
