Some people like the OEM Rods. In this case I will pick an OEM perfect set. Usually out of a 326 or a 350. The set to pick must have low miles, no spun rod bearings and the Big End of the Rod must be in spec for me to perform this Reconditioning.

In this case I also coat the Inner Bearing Race that the Caged Roller Bearings live in. This coating, once Burnished into the surface will forever alter the Friction Coefficient of the metal to metal contact.
