Here is the differential in the frame that Jim and I welded up. It fits nicely. Seems that the shock mounting ears are a bit longer than the OEM GTO. Of course the 12 bolt is a bit different everywhere.

Of course we also changed the throttle spring and lubed our new designed Bronze Oil lite throttle shaft bushings. The plastic ones had worn out down to metal. That was part of the problem but I was soon to find much more.
