  • On top of that it is the only one I have done to this level of perfection. Every single spec from the pinion bearing preload, side gear tolerance, clutch stack tolerance, disk brake rotor runout, and overall design improvement is perfect.

  • About the only thing I would of done to improve it beyond this step would of been to gun drill the axles. In the process I would of threaded a fill plug into each axle flange. Then you could fill the oil on the diff without crawling under your car. ...

  • This is to be the best aligning intake manifold that the motor will love. You see the ports really need to be in alignment. That is the cure to a Swiss Watch Motor.

  • If you take a look at the ports you can see the port misalignment. There is quite a bit of extra metal that has to be removed. This is just the way it is. If you want it right the extra metal has to go.

  • Now, that I got it's attention I can start the grinding process. It takes a big air compressor and a whole lot of air tools and carbide bits to perform this task.

  • Remember the bits have to have a 4 to 6 inch long shank to fit all the way into the intake manifold. This is the only way to make sure that the blend is all the way into the manifold.
