  • We had to machine the axles on a Berco Engine Crankshaft grinder.  You see they are a unique item to attempt to machine.  Not only are they very hard but it is also very difficult to machine the bearing race into the hat.

  • Well the studs need to be installed into the axle flanges.  Problem is that the new studs are just garbage.  The OEM Studs are hard enough to grip the flange and prevent them from turning when you tighten up your wheel.
