Incorrect Gasket

This can be caused by a Front Bearing Retainer Gasket "Compressing" to much during assembly. It can also be caused by a loose Jamb Nut. You could also get a piece of metal out of the Input Shaft Oiling Hole if you did not "Stake" it correctly
