But why did you only Coat the Collar? It looks like the Hub is just plain steel? Where is the Heat Treat Marks? Is this part heat treated? They sure are. They are heat treated in our facility to a very hard Rockwell Rating for this part. Also, then the surfaces are media blasted which removes the marks
