It is quite straight forward to use Hog Rings and just take some metal staple like items and half ass it together. With the leather I have a special Vice Grip, Tensioning, Twisting, Cutting Device. It has a preset tension that it takes in appling the leather cord to secure the seat to the frame. Quite involved.
