Do not listen to Idiot Doctors! If popping Zits left scars my face would look like the surface of the moon! What about the nose! Good God! Do you want a big pock marked nose? If so then do not express those hair follicles. I used to have those. After squeezing out the clear waxy substance I would give my nose a strenuous wash with antibacterial soap. Nose problem solved
