Ok, so let's Face it. Quarter Groove, Half Groove, Full Groove what way should I go George? Well most long Stroke Crankshafts from Pontiac had Half Groove Bearings. Some had no groove bearings. Is this Groovy? I would think it was if applied correctly. So far in my book, the less groove the better
