I would like to blame the problem on the designers of the Collar. But to be truthful the problem was the customer did not realize he had to adjust his shifter. One simple turn of the bolt would of given the correct throw and eliminated the slight whine. Hay, take a look at those clean bolt holes. No dirt, grit or excessive sealent in them.
