In order to assemble the tranny this way the Center Bearing Support has to be removed. Notice the bulkhead threads not used. Now I install longer bolts

Well even I will be the first to admit that this carb has seen better days. Of course it has not been living it's life in a bucket of water but it sure looks like it.
